Yachay Yoga or Yoga of the Mind

It is a practice that incorporates movements and breathing through gentle and rapid exercises that re-educate the nervous system and allow the release of tight and restricted muscles, thus promoting a healthy state of the body and mind.

Both forms of yoga can be beneficial for women during and after pregnancy.
